Katalin Gyokeny, MFA, MSED, MA, ATR
Rev. Gyokeny is an award winning Artist/Art Educator/Creative Arts Therapist and a published author.

Rev. Gyokeny’s artwork is in many private and public collections, such as the Museum of World Religions in India, in Gasteig, Munich Germany, Novohradske Muzeum in Slovakia, Hotels and Corporate Collections in the USA and other.
Outside of creating artwork she also engages in teaching students at various Colleges, and Art Centers, such as the Great Neck Art Center, The NY Open Center, SUNY Farmingdale, Briarcliffe College, Nassau Community College, Westchester Community College, and Queens Community College. She presently teaches art at Williamsburg charter HS.
Rev. Gyokeny also works with Seniors and Seniors with Alzheimer's /Dementia. Art Therapy gives pleasure, expands the mind, and supports brain plasticity.
She has worked with students of all ages and abilities in various settings for 20 years. Creating art as well teaching it, is her passion. She appreciates an aesthetically pleasing artwork, and her main focus includes mindfulness in the art as well as in life.
She combines her spiritual and artistic inquiry to create a discourse that enhances the student's life.
